These terms govern the use of upder.studio, operated by Albert Schwartz.
2. Services & Contracts
Site content showcases video editing and social growth services. Formal projects, scope, and pricing are agreed separately through custom written agreements or invoices. No direct billing occurs on-site.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Displayed portfolio assets remain the property of Albert Schwartz or their respective rights holders. Rights to custom client deliverables transfer strictly upon 100% payment completion. Upder Studios retains portfolio display rights unless a custom NDA is signed before project kickoff.
4. Limitation of Liability & Law
This site is provided “as is”. It is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations.
